If you’re someone who doesn’t like to eat anything heavy in the AM before a busy day of facials (like me), you’re going to love this recipe. You will feel so energized + it’s good for the skin!
My Beauty Water Protein Smoothie Recipe
+ 8 oz. filtered water
+ 1 scoop of Plant-Based Protein Powder - I like this one filled with adaptogens!
+ 2.5 Tbsp of Organic Chia Seeds
+ ⅓ Cup of Cacao Nib Sprouted Oatmeal
+ Organic Cinnamon - pour as much as your heart desires.
+ One dropper of Beauty Water
Glow tip: Add a crystal straw for good vibes & aesthetic!
